Our experience in the industrial kitchen sector has shaped with the thought of "Why don't we manufacture the products we wish existed?" Our journey, which began with restaurant management in the 1980s, continued in England in 1996 with 17 restaurants. Observing the sectoral shortcomings in fried chicken products in Turkey, we established Makfry company in 2011 and started to produce machines needed by everyone.
As Makfry Group, we pioneered in Turkey by conducting intensive R&D studies on the equipment required for the production of Fried Chicken products and started to manufacture patented pressure fryers in-house. We also completed the R&D of breading products, the second most important raw material of Fried Chicken, and filled the gap in the sector with 100% domestic production.
Today, we produce 100% of all equipment and food products required to make Fried Chicken in-house and we are expanding Makfry Group brand and products day by day. We continue to produce and offer new products considering other deficiencies in the sector with our ongoing R&D studies.

Today, without any external dependence, we carry out electronic software, new machine designs and manufacturing 100% in-house. We continue to produce and offer new products considering other deficiencies in the sector with our R&D studies.
